3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
  • Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  •  WE will not allow Klarna for gift-card purchases because this cannot be supported.

4. Exchanges
