Q: How do I contact you?

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Every piece is made to order. Production takes 5 to 10 business days, and most US orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. International orders usually take 3 to 5 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Q: Will my order arrive before Christmas?
A: For US delivery before Christmas, order by November 30.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You'll get an email receipt right after you order, and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because every piece is made for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. See our Refund Policy.

Q: How do I choose my size?
A: Check the size chart on each product page. Oversized pieces are cut roomy, and cropped pieces sit above the waist. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has usually started.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Checkout is secure and accepts major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Klarna.
