Shipping policy

Every Ananci piece is made to order, so your order is produced for you before it ships. Here is what to expect.

Timing

Production: 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery in the United States: 5 to 10 business days after it ships.
Delivery to Canada, the UK and other countries: 7 to 20 business days after it ships.

Most US orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. International orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 weeks. Orders with items from different collections may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders

For delivery before Christmas in the United States, order by November 30. International orders should be placed as early as possible.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your items and address, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll check for you.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and paid by the recipient.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours so we can fix it before production. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.
